Returns & Exchanges

At Laine Publishing, we aim for complete satisfaction with your fashion purchases; however, if you are not entirely pleased, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
